"It is impossible that a servant of Mary be damned, provided he serves her faithfully and commends himself to her maternal protection." St. Alphonsus Liguori, Doctor of the Church (1696-1787)
The Vaccines of Man Are Doomed to Fail Without an Injection of God, Prayer and Penance “For, without Me, you can do nothing!” (John 15:5) “Unless the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it. Unless the Lord keep the city, he watcheth in vain that keepeth it!” (Psalm 126:1).
MEXICO'S BISHOPS INVITE THE WORLD TO JOIN THEM IN A DAY OF PRAYER AND PENANCE ON FRIDAY APRIL 3RD
All Talk and No Action Catholics have degenerated―with the help of mass communications on the internet―into the pitfall of being “all talk and no action”―or very little action. Today, everyone has an opinion and many voice that opinion on the internet. Others are obsessed with reading those opinions. The mentality is one of “Knowledge means power!” Yet, as Holy Scripture warns: “Faith [which is all about knowing], if it have not works, is dead in itself. But some man will say: ‘Thou hast Faith, and I have works!’ Show me thy Faith without works; and I will show thee, by works, my Faith! Thou believest that there is one God. Thou dost well: the devils also believe and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that Faith without works is dead? … Do you see that by works a man is justified; and not by Faith only? … For even as the body without the spirit is dead; so also Faith without works is dead” (James 2:17-26).
Godless Humanism is Bound to Fail Thus, to transpose that to our current crisis―whether it be the Coronavirus Crisis, or, even more importantly, the Crisis in the Church and the moral crisis in the world―we would well say: “Knowledge without action is dead!” or “Talking the talk, without walking the walk, is a dead loss!” The godless, hypocritical governments, authorities and medical profession talk a talk that is not of God―and they fail to realize the true cause of this Coronavirus (whether or not it be man-made by evil men is irrelevant)―for the true cause is SIN. It was sin―the Original Sin of Adam and Eve that brought sickness and death into this world. Death is merely the pinnacle of sickness in most cases. There can be no solution to disease and death without God: “For, without Me, you can do nothing!” (John 15:5)―yet which government is turning to God? Which medical authority is relying primarily upon God? On the contrary, they are relying upon the own weak, feeble, human devices―of which Holy Scripture says: “Unless the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it. Unless the Lord keep the city, he watcheth in vain that keepeth it!” (Psalm 126:1). For, without Me, you can do nothing!” (John 15:5). If only these godless, hypocritical rulers and doctors would realize this and say: “For I will not trust in my bow (antibiotics)―neither shall my sword [vaccines] save me!” (Psalm 43:7).
99% of all the talk about this Coronavirus Crisis―regardless of whether it is bat-made, snake-made, man-made, or God sent―all the talk is secular, humanistic, naturalistic and typically devoid of God and a supernatural outlook. So true for our day are God’s words from Holy Scripture: “The Lord hath looked down from Heaven upon the children of men, to see if there be any that understand and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are become unprofitable together! The fool hath said in his heart: ‘There is no God!’ There is no fear of God before their eyes! They are corrupt, and are become abominable in their ways―there is none that doth good, no not one. There is none that doth good―no, not one! Their throat is an open sepulcher―with their tongues they acted deceitfully; the poison of asps is under their lips! Their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness! Their feet are swift to shed blood! Destruction and unhappiness in their ways; and the way of peace they have not known!” (Psalm 13:1-3). No peace―just hype and hysteria and godless solutions.
The Hypocrisy of Man It is along those lines that Our Lord complained of some: “This people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips glorify Me, but their heart is far from Me!” (Isaias 29:13). “‘Well did Isaias prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘This people honoureth Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me.’ And in vain do they worship Me, teaching doctrines and precepts of men!” (Mark 7:6-7)―which St. Matthew repeats: “You have made void the commandment of God for your tradition. Hypocrites! Well hath Isaias prophesied of you, saying: ‘This people honoureth Me with their lips: but their heart is far from Me. And in vain do they worship Me, teaching doctrines and commandments of men!’” (Matthew 15:6-9). Our Lord is referring to the words of God spoken through Isaias, His prophet, where God says: “This people draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips glorify Me, but their heart is far from Me!” (Isaias 29:13).
Do Penance or Perish―Bring Forth Works [Vaccines] of Penance! In other words, Our Lord saying that they are all talk (lip service), but having little or no action to accompany that talk (the works of Faith, the Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy, and especially the works of penance, sacrifice and mortification―which Our Lord speaks of in the following verses: “So let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father Who is in Heaven” (Matthew 5:16). Part of those “good works” are the works of penance. St. John the Baptist preached to everyone: “Bring forth therefore fruit worthy of penance!” (Matthew 3:8). “Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of penance!” (Luke 3:8). St. Paul says: “But to them first that are at Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and unto all the country of Judea, and to the Gentiles did I preach, that they should do penance, and turn to God, doing works worthy of penance!” (Acts 26:20).
Our Lord says: “No, I say to you―but unless you shall do penance, you shall all likewise perish … [and then two verses later, He again repeats this] … No, I say to you; but except you do penance, you shall all likewise perish!” (Luke 13:3-5). Part of that penance is the cross―for the cross is a penance and not easy and light: “And He [Jesus] said to all: ‘If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me!’” (Luke 9:23). “And whosoever doth not carry his cross and come after Me, cannot be My disciple!” (Luke 14:27). “And he that taketh not up his cross, and followeth Me, is not worthy of Me!” (Matthew 10:38).
We Need Vaccines of Sacrifice and Mortification Likewise, another form of penance means the giving-up of things―you can call it sacrifice or mortification. Our Lord points this out in His meeting with the rich young man: “And behold, a certain rich young man, running up and kneeling before Him, asked Him: ‘Good Master, what shall I do that I may receive life everlasting?’ And Jesus said to him: ‘If thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments!’ The young man said to Him: ‘All these I have kept from my youth! What is yet wanting to me?’ And Jesus looking on him, loved him, and said to him: ‘One thing is wanting unto thee! If thou wilt be perfect, go sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in Heaven, and come follow Me!’ And when the young man had heard this word, being struck sad at that saying, went away sorrowful: for he was very rich and had great possessions. And Jesus, seeing him become sorrowful, looking round about, said to His disciples: ‘How hardly shall they that have riches, enter into the Kingdom of God! Amen, I say to you, that a rich man shall hardly enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. And again I say to you: It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven!’ And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus again answering, said to them: ‘Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches, to enter into the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God!’ Who wondered the more, saying among themselves: ‘Who then can be saved?’ And Jesus looking on them, said: ‘With men it is impossible; but not with God! For all things are possible with God!’” (combined account of Matthew 19:16-29; Mark 10:17-31; Luke 18:18-25).
Drugged Catholics Today, Catholics are so “rich” in possessions that distract them from God, that it is necessary to sacrifice them and mortify ourselves and return to God. That is a penance for most people, who have failed to acquire the spirit and live the life of sacrifice―they react like babies who have some favorite toy taken out of their hands―and today, Catholics have many “toys” in their hands that they love more than God. They have been “drugged” by the possessions and allurements of the world. They have been inoculated with the triple vaccine of concupiscence: “For all that is in the world, is the concupiscence of the flesh, and the concupiscence of the eyes, and the pride of life, which is not of the Father, but is of the world!” (1 John 2:16). “Concupiscence overturneth the innocent mind” (Wisdom 4:12). “Every man is tempted by his own concupiscence, being drawn away and allured. Then, when concupiscence hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin. But sin, when it is completed, begetteth death” (James 1:14-15).
That is partly the reason why the Church, the world and families find themselves in the mess that they are in.
A Call Away From Talk to Action Finally, gradually, the “penny has dropped” for some Catholics―and they the “light has dawned” and helped them see that the only way out of this mess―not just the Coronavirus Pandemic, but the sinister and nefarious motives behind the deliberate manipulation of the virus and the hype attached to it―has led the bishops of Mexico to the realization that the only effective “vaccine” against all these things is the PP “vaccine”―meaning, Prayer and Penance―a good, old-fashioned “vaccine” that has always been effective but today is neglected.
God’s Vaccines Against the Virus of Sin God is the manufacturer and distributor and salesman for these “vaccines”―as He says in the Book of Ezechiel: “The soul that sinneth [by being infected by the virus of sin], the same shall die! … But if the wicked [take the vaccine to] do penance for all his sins which he hath committed, and [take the vaccine to] keep all My commandments, and do judgment, and justice, living he shall live, and shall not die. I will not remember all his iniquities that he hath done―in his justice, which he hath wrought, he shall live. Is it My will that a sinner should die, saith the Lord God, and not that he should be converted from his ways, and live? But if the just man [throw away the vaccines] turn himself away from his justice, and do iniquity according to all the abominations which the wicked man useth to work, shall he live? All his justices which he hath done [vaccines that he has taken], shall not be remembered! In the prevarication, by which he hath prevaricated, and in his [virus of] sin, which he hath committed, in them he shall die. And you have said: ‘The way of the Lord is not right!’ Is it My way that is not right, and are not rather your ways perverse? For when the just turneth himself away from his justice, and committeth iniquity [exposes himself to the virus of sin], he shall die therein―in the injustice that he hath wrought he shall die. And when the wicked turneth himself away from his wickedness, which he hath wrought, and doeth [takes the vaccine of] judgment and justice―he shall save his soul alive. Because he considereth and turneth away himself from all his iniquities which he hath wrought, he shall surely live, and not die. And the children of Israel say: ‘The way of the Lord is not right!’ Are not My ways right, and are not rather your ways perverse? Therefore will I judge every man according to his ways, saith the Lord God. Be converted and [take the vaccine to] do penance for all your iniquities―and iniquity shall not be your ruin. Cast away from you all your transgressions, by which you have transgressed, and make to yourselves a new heart, and a new spirit―and why will you die?For I desire not the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God. Return ye and live!” (Ezechiel 18:20-32).
Mexican Bishops Mandate National Inoculation with the PP Vaccine Today, April 3rd, 2020, Mexico embarks on a national day of prayer and penance―and offers that “vaccine” to all the world. The Mexican bishops’ liturgical commission made the announcement in a statement released March 29th, calling for fasting and online participation in a penitential Holy Hour, adding that: “In the light of the Word of God which calls us to conversion, we will make together an act of perfect contrition.”
In their March 29th, 2020, announcement of the national (and by invite, universal) day of penance, the Mexican bishops quoted the Apostolic Penitentiary in Rome, which reminded Catholics that “where the individual faithful find themselves in the painful impossibility of receiving sacramental absolution, it should be remembered that perfect contrition, coming from the love of God, beloved above all things, expressed by a sincere request for forgiveness (that which the penitent is at present able to express) and accompanied by ‘votum confessionis’ [a desire for Confession], that is, by the firm resolution to have recourse, as soon as possible, to sacramental confession, obtains forgiveness of sins, even mortal ones.”
The Mexican bishops’ invitation says: “We invite you to pray, presenting yourselves before the Lord and imploring Him for help, our intercessor before the Father (1 John: 2:1–2) in this serious contingency that we all suffer, with an attitude of humility and trust, asking Him for the forgiveness of our sins, so that He may obtain for us the spiritual and bodily health that is needed by all.”
Will You Take God's Vaccine, or Will You Face the Mess Alone? Whereas Mexico’s bishops invite you to a day of prayer and penance―we invite you to NINE DAYS of prayer and penance, culminating with the day of Our Lord’s resurrection from the dead. One day of penance is like taking just one pill for some illness―rather than following a prolonged protocol. One single dose is rarely, if ever, successful. Normally, you follow a course of treatment until the disease has gone away or is at least under control and arrested. A mere one day of penance smacks too much like the 95% reduction of the Lenten penance of fasting and abstinence from 40 days down to the current two days―Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. It is like throwing a mere bucket of water onto a fire in an attempt to extinguish it―rather than a constant stream of water from a hose-pipe. Let us not be minimalists! Let us stand-up and be counted―and let Heaven, Our Lord and Our Lady count on us.
Our Lady’s Diagnosis, Prognosis and Remedies ► At La Salette, Our Lady lamented: “The chiefs, the leaders of the people of God, have neglected prayer and penance, and the devil has bedimmed their intelligence. They have become wandering stars which the old devil will drag along with his tail to make them perish” adding, “The righteous will suffer greatly. Their prayers, their penances and their tears will rise up to Heaven and all of God’s people will beg for forgiveness and mercy and will plead for my help and intercession.”
► At Lourdes, Our Lady insisted on penance―emphatically saying thrice, not just once― “Penance! Penance! Penance!” ― and told St. Bernadette to perform a variety of humiliating penances for sinners.
► At Fatima, even before Our Lady appeared, an angel suddenly appeared while the children were playing near their favorite well, at Lucia’s house, and chided them, saying: “What are you doing? Pray! Pray a great deal! The Holy Hearts of Jesus and Mary have designs of mercy on you. Offer unceasingly prayers and sacrifice yourselves to the Most High. Make everything you do a sacrifice, and offer it to Godas an act of reparation for the sins by which God is offended, and as a petition for the conversion of sinners. Above all, accept and bear with submission all the sufferings the Lord will send you. In this way, you will draw peace upon your country” (The Angel of Portugal).
► Our Lady of Fatima also spoke along the same lines, saying: “Are you willing to offer yourselves to God and bear all the sufferings He wills to send you, as an act of reparation for the conversion of sinners? … Then you are going to have much to suffer, but the grace of God will be your comfort!” (Our Lady of Fatima, May 1917).
“Are you suffering a great deal? Don’t lose heart. I will never forsake you. My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge and the way that will lead you to God” (Our Lady of Fatima, June 1917).
“Sacrifice yourselves for sinners, and say many times, especially when you make some sacrifice: O Jesus, it is for love of You, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary … You have seen Hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. The war [or, today, if you like, the Coronavirus machination] is going to end; but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out … God is about to punish the world for its crimes, by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father. To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to my Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If my requests are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world” (Our Lady of Fatima, July 1917).
“Pray, pray very much, and make sacrifices for sinners; for many souls go to Hell, because there are none to sacrifice themselves and pray for them!” (Our Lady of Fatima, August 1917).
“Continue to pray the Rosary in order to obtain the end of the war [here, we could say the Coronavirus machinations] … God is pleased with your sacrifices. He does not want you to sleep with the rope on, but only to wear it during the daytime” (Our Lady of Fatima, September 1917).
► At Akita, Our Lady again insisted on prayer and penance: “My daughter, is the infirmity of your ears painful? Your deafness will be healed, be confident. Does the wound of your hand cause you to suffer? Pray in reparation for the sins of men … Pray very much for the Pope, Bishops, and Priests! … Continue to pray very much—very much!” (Our Lady of Akita, July 6th, 1973).
“Many men in this world afflict the Lord. I desire souls to console Him to soften the anger of the Heavenly Father. I wish, with my Son, for souls who will repair―by their suffering and their poverty―for the sinners and the ungrateful … In order that the world might know His anger, the Heavenly Father is preparing to inflict a great chastisement on all mankind. With my Son I have intervened so many times to appease the wrath of the Father. I have prevented the coming of calamities by offering Him the sufferings of the Son on the Cross, His Precious Blood, and beloved souls who console Him forming a cohort of victim souls. Prayer, penance and courageous sacrifices can soften the Father’s anger. I desire this also from your community ... that it love poverty, that it sanctify itself and pray in reparation for the ingratitude and outrages of so many men … Offer in reparation (whatever God may send) for sins. Let each one endeavor, according to capacity and position, to offer herself entirely to the Lord … Even among secular people prayer is necessary. Already souls who wish to pray are on the way to being gathered together. Without attaching too much attention to the form, be faithful and fervent in prayer to console the Master” (Our Lady of Akita, August 3rd, 1973).
“As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible punishment on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, such as one never seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only weapons which will remain for you will be the Rosary and the Sign left by my Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, the bishops and priests. The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the Church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres ... Churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord … The demon will be especially implacable against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no longer pardon for them … Pray very much the prayers of the Rosary! I alone am able still to save you from the calamities which approach. Those who place their confidence in me will be saved” (Our Lady of Akita, October 13th, 1973).
God, Our Lord and Our Lady Call the World to a Day of Prayer and Penance Through the Mexican Bishops It would be ludicrous to think that the national and worldwide call to prayer and penance―by the Mexican Bishops―is anything else but a call from God. The call most certainly does not come from the devil or the world! Will you answer the call? Are you “in” or are you “out”? Regardless of how Liberal or Modernist today’s bishops are―God seeks their salvation and the salvation of those entrusted to them. This may well be a “wake-up-call” for some! Repentance and reform―just like disease and its cure―must start somewhere and it is not instantaneous, but gradual, progressive and incremental. Let us not reject the call to take “good medicine” even though it might come from “bad doctors.” The conversion of world did not happen overnight―but took many centuries, with Mexico and America being among the last on list for receiving the Faith. However, as Our Lord said: “So shall the last be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen” (Matthew 20:16). These shores may have been among the last to receive the Faith―let them be among the first to regenerate and restore the Faith to a world that has lost it. Many are called―you are called―but few are chosen, or few choose to respond! Will you respond to this call? “The heart of this people is grown gross, and with their ears they have been dull of hearing, and their eyes they have shut―lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them!” (Matthew 13:15). Respond to the call and let the healing begin! Click here to start with DAY ONE of the NOVENA OF PENANCE!
