"It is impossible that a servant of Mary be damned, provided he serves
her faithfully and commends himself to her maternal protection."

LITANIES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST
August is the month that is dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary―whose feast traditionally falls on August 2nd―though August also has another major feast, that of the Assumption of Mary into Heaven, which is traditionally celebrated on August 15th.

Also during the month of August, we have the feast of St. Alphonsus Liguori (August 2nd); St. Dominic (August 4th); St. John Vianney (August 8th); St. Augustine (August 28th) and the Beheading of St. John the Baptist (August 29th).
